Published Shipping Terms

Standard shipping for eligible US orders is $14.99 below $100 and free at $100 or more. The threshold is the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout. Any separate freight quote must be confirmed before payment. Orders are reviewed during store business hours. Processing and delivery estimates depend on stock availability, supplier lead times, destination and shipping service; dates are not guaranteed. We will contact you about known delays or unavailable items. Contact us to request cancellation of an unshipped delayed item. International shipping is not currently offered through online checkout. Contact us before ordering for restricted items, oversized freight, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or destinations not supported at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout using the shipping destination, taxable items and the store's active tax registrations. Inspect deliveries and contact orders@spankyspowersports.com promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect items. Retain packaging and provide photos. Published Return Terms

Request return authorization within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing orders@spankyspowersports.com with your order number and reason. Eligible customer-choice returns must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed and in resellable condition with original packaging, tags and all parts. A 20% restocking fee applies to customer-choice returns. The customer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are not refundable for customer-choice returns. Installed, used, modified or incomplete items; opened or connected electrical components; and custom-made, painted-to-order or final-sale items clearly identified before purchase are excluded from ordinary returns. These exclusions and the restocking fee do not apply to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and return shipping. Retain packaging and provide photos when available. Do not send an item without an RMA and return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within five business days of receipt; the payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
